The Mall and the Metrorail open, operating rush-hour service until 9PM. Smithsonian, Archives and Mount Vernon Square stations will be closed all day. Union Station, Judiciary Square, Capital South and Federal Center SW stations should be used by Capitol grounds ticket holders.
