Free tombstones are being offered by PETA this Thanksgiving
for kids to place in their Thanksgiving turkey. These have the words “Here Lies the Corpse of a Tortured Bird” emblazoned across it. PETA spokeswoman Marta Holmberg said “ Kids love animals, and once they realize that turkeys feel pain like dogs and cats do, they want to switch out those drumsticks for Tofurkey.”
