In Halifax, Canada there's an interesting race for Mayor happening. A third party candidate has joined the race. Here's the kicker....it's a cat. Tuxedo Stan is a member of the Tuxedo Party, and he's running as a write-in candidate (because he's not a human, he's a cat). The funny thing is....he's leading the polls.
