WEATHER ALERT: The U.S. National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the greater Washington, D.C. area starting tomorrow morning.
The National Weather Service says that the watch, which extends over the entire D.C. metro area, goes into effect Thursday morning and will last through Thursday night.
As much as five inches of snow, possibly heavy at times, is possible.
