The Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes is THIS SATURDAY!! 8:00 am check in at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge. Get ready for a 2 or 4 mile walk. 

I've seen how much diabetes can ruin lives. I've had grandparents who passd away as the result of this disease and my mom is now diabetic requiring daily insulin to survive. It's way beyond just an inconvenience. It's life threatening and greatly complicates many other health issues.

Diabetes is something we all need to be aware of. A healthy lifestyle with proper rest, diet and exercise is a great start and the ADA does a great job with your help to spread that message and support people fighting this disease.
