The sunrise ceremony this morning follows this story involving Jake:

Details are sketchy but Jake Owen had a run-in with the po po over the weekend. He tweeted, "Y'all, I apologize. The Indian River County Sheriff was doing their job. I love my hometown. I had too good of a time on Cinco de Mayo." He also apologized to his family for embarrassing them, saying "I made an immature decision to announce it to the world...I take full responsibility." Word is, Jake was dancing around in a mask when a cop decided to arrest him.  The officer then let the singer go after folks came to Jake's defense, saying he was simply kidding around.
