What were your favorite moments from the Brad Paisley show last Saturday night? My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the show, and our highlights included "Outstanding In Our Field," where Brad was joined onstage by opening acts Chris Young and Lee Brice, "Then" (the song my wife and I first danced to at our wedding reception, so we danced in the aisle during the live performance!), and the surprise of the night when Brad and his band broke into a cover of Van Halen's "Hot For Teacher"! It was also very cool the way Brad continues to have his duet partners "virtually" perform with him on video (like Carrie Underwood, Alabama, and Andy Griffith during "Waitin' On A Woman"). Scroll down below the video to see the entire set list from the show.
Speaking of "Hot For Teacher," here's video from Brad's June 1 concert in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania with 6-year-old drummer extraordinaire Avery Molek! Brad's drummer starts it out, and Brad says, "You're not playing that right. Do we have anyone here who can play that right?" Then Avery appears behind another drum set, so Brad tells his drummer to sit down and learn! I thought it was simply amazing when I saw it. Of course, Brad plays the guitar parts fabulously, as one would expect!
Here are the songs in the order they were performed Saturday:
