Two queens will be on one stage for this year's Super Bowl.
It has been announced that Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will take the field during halftime at Super Bowl LVI in Miami, FL on February 2.
As reported by nfl.com, this is a dream of J Los'! "Ever since I saw Diana Ross fly off into the sky at the Halftime Show, I dreamed of performing at theSuper Bowl," Lopez said in a statement. "And now it's made even more special not only because it's the NFL's 100th anniversary, but also because I am performing with a fellow Latina. I can't wait to show what us girls can do on the world's biggest stage."
There is also something very special about performing at the 2020 Super Bowl for Shakira. Feb. 2 also happens to be her 43rd birthday!
Tonight during Thursday Night Football, we will see the first interview with both JLo and Shakira.
